Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, here is the refund policy.

1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. Please contact our customer service (Email or contact us form) before you send your return. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address provided by our customer service.

2. You have a max of 7 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 45 days after the received date. No returns made after 7 days from the purchase date will be accepted.

3. Please use your own shipping method and at your own cost.

4. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account. Unfortunately, due to current situations, your refund will require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

5. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

6. If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics-related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.
